PowerBI Tiles Pro will log more information about the error that you are having this folder:

C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Roaming\DevScope\PBITilesProDesktop\Logs

or if you type this shortcut it will open the same folder %appdata%\DevScope\PBITilesProDesktop\Logs

This will contain more technical information about any error you may be facing.

If you are encountering any issues please send us a zip file of this folder that contains the logs so our development team can have a look at them.
